Refund
When you enroll in any course with KnowledgeBeez or use any KnowledgeBeez services (such as the website, online campus, or offline services), you
agree to the following terms and conditions. Accessing our courses and/services means you have accepted these terms & conditions.
No Refund or Transfer: Course fees are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another participant.
Batch Transfer Restriction: Students must complete the course with their assigned batch. Switching to another batch requires re-admission and full fee payment.
Certifications
Digital Certificates Platform: Digital certificates are issued through a secured and cloud software provider. KnowledgeBeez is not responsible for issues related to the cloud platform.
Lost Certificates: Lost hardcopy certificates are not reissued. The students themselves can download digital certificates from the third-party platform at no additional cost.
Change in Class / Exam Schedule: If required, KnowledgeBeez reserves the right to change exam dates and the online class schedule. Updated schedules, including changes in exam dates or times, will be communicated to students through website and/ online campus.
Communication: Participants must provide accurate contact information during enrolment. However, it is their responsibility to check KnowledgeBeez website and online campus for information about changes on exams and class schedules.
No Liability: KnowledgeBeez is not responsible for any issues arising from the use of its online platform or any of its services unless mandated by local law.
Copyright: KnowledgeBeez owns all digital and printed materials, exams, videos, and resources. Sharing these resources is prohibited and may result in legal action.
Payment Policy
All our Payments are Protected with SSLCommerz. Any additional charge in accordance with payment are issues are fully managed by their governance policy.
Shipping returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to: KnowledgeBeez, Eastern Arzu Complex, Level – 16, Room No- 16/3, 61 Bijoynagar, Dhaka-1000, Bangladesh.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
